Honestly, my least favourite approach to agile is the one that is imposed on you.
Someone else has decided that you are going to work in this particular way. It doesn’t matter which agile approach it is. It could be some method, some framework, or some other approach, but somebody else has decided that you are going to work in this way.
And do you know what. Maybe that doesn’t work for you.
Imposition is not so good. Invitation is much better.
